The yellow route shows the central circuit around the Dominican Republic. The red lines lead to places where additional base camps provide access for exploring specific areas. It is never more than a three hour direct drive between base camps. This means that traveling from base to base becomes an easy day trip enabling plenty of time to stop and explore along the way. The large circles on the map depict a one-hour drive radius, demonstrating how each camp provides a good central point from which to explore each region.
